Starting next week we will be doing a series on choices titles “How Not To Be A Fool”
Make sure you are there, it is going to be awesome, and some practical application of scripture that you can use in your life. Tell your friends all about it and bring them with you. Do what ever (well almost whatever) it takes to get them there.

Last night was a great night for theBELONGING. Mike Betancourt and Julio from CallFM lead worship.
They did a great job and it was really a blessing. Those guys really have a heart for worship. Just having the drums and guitar was excellent and I appreaciate their service. If you see them around make sure you thank them for leading.
I think the students enjoyed the worship too. They were entering into the presence of the Lord and rocking out to worship. It really prepared us for the message.
Tony Bentancourt taught us about Jesus the Man tonight. Part 6 in a 9 week study on the New Testament.
The students responded very well and learned alot.

I have come to a realization that ministry would not survive without volunteers. Paul was a volunteer. He worked to make a living instead of preaching when he had to. Acts 18:1-3 1After this, Paul left Athens and went to Corinth. 2There he met a Jew named Aquila, a native of Pontus, who had recently come from Italy with his wife Priscilla, because Claudius had ordered all the Jews to leave Rome. Paul went to see them, 3and because he was a tentmaker as they were, he stayed and worked with them.
I am in awe of the dedication that parents and concerned adults are making towards theBELONGING. It stirs my heart that others are willing to lay down their life for teenagers. It makes me elevate my commitment and want to go further.

Tonight was a really great night at “the BELONGING”. Matt lead some great worship and there were 5 first time guests. Numbers don’t matter, people matter. The hearts of Students matter. It is amazing to watch God move in the students lives. God is birthing something amazing in the students of Life Pointe! I have no idea where it is going to go of when it will start but stand by because it is coming.
Tonight we talked about the Miracles of Jesus and ended with Acts 3, the gate Beautiful, the crippled man and Peter and John. The students were challenged to take their faith on to where Peter and John’s was.
It was cool to run out of chairs for students!
